If you’re keen to learn more about health, healing and things good for the body and soul, then come along to Eumundi Markets on Saturday 11 September for All Well & Good – a special health and wellness oriented market day.
Eumundi Markets General Manager Peter Homan says the day is a chance to enjoy a day of healthy pampering as our market welcomes all for a special event covering healthy foods, therapies and products.
“Market visitors will be able to follow an All Well & Good Trail through the market with more than 40 stalls showcasing products and services focused on health and healing,” Peter says.
“It’s a chance to sample, test and try products and services including herbal medicines, essential oils, skincare, Ayurvedic medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese medicine, yoga, massage, manipulative therapies, tarot readers, palmistry, reiki, clairvoyance, astrology and energy healing,” he says.
“Market visitors will have a chance to watch demonstrations including tai chi and silk reeling, Zen Thai Shiatsu bodywork, gong therapy, the healing power of music, massage and more,” says Peter. “SoulSong yoga will host yoga classes at 8am and 10am, with market visitors most welcome to join in”.
Make sure you make your way to the Main Stage, where Cheynne Murphy will share the stage with some captivating health and healing speakers.
With this year’s event timed to coincide with the start of National Herbal Medicines week, herbalist, naturopath and author Dom Finney will be sharing some simple herbal treatments to help with stress relief.
Other speakers include Mighty Bean Soyfoods Michael Joyce discussing the benefits of going organic; aromatherapist Di Elliott from Queen BEE Secrets will share the health benefits of royal jelly in skincare and pain relief; therapist Linda Barrett will explain how she uses vibrational healing essences; and the Eumundi Medicine Man Jay Mulder will share the benefits of living an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Free maps and programs will be available on the day, and can also be found on the Eumundi Markets website www.eumundimarkets.com.au.
